The Access to Work Mental Health Support Service (​​Access to Work Mental Health Support Service Privacy Notice) is a cost-free, confidential service funded by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and delivered locally by Case-UK in partnership with Able Futures.

We provide one-to-one support with a dedicated mental health professional, helping individuals and businesses thrive, not just survive.

This Service Is Available To Those Who:

This support is for anyone aged 16+ in Wales or South West England who:

Is in paid employment, including self-employment, or currently off sick from work
-
Is experiencing mental health difficulties (no diagnosis needed)

Has the right to work in the UK
You don’t need to tell your employer or speak to your GP. You can self-refer and get started within days.
What does the service offer?
With Case-UK, you’ll have access to:

A dedicated mental health professional to support you one-to-one
-
Flexible, remote appointments to suit your work and life

Up to nine months of ongoing support

Help with managing symptoms, building coping strategies, and planning a return to work

Support to explore reasonable adjustments, if needed
-
Advice on navigating conversations with your employer—if and when you're ready ​
Everything is 100% confidential. We never share your information without consent.
