​Through our personalised, holistic support and therapies, we helped employees across Wales address health challenges and strengthen their wellbeing at work. Many people told us that the support they received made a real difference — helping them stay in work, grow in confidence, take on new opportunities or move into roles that better suited their strengths and circumstances.

These outcomes reflect what early, human support can achieve when people feel understood, encouraged and empowered to take the next step forward.

Since 2023, we have supported 162 businesses across Wales through our training programmes and IWS, helping them strengthen wellbeing and embed early, human support in their workplaces.
