Course Introduction
Wellbeing champions play an important role in promoting positive wellbeing and supporting mental health within organisations. This CPD-accredited Wellbeing Champions workshop provides participants with an understanding of wellbeing and the responsibilities of a wellbeing champion. The session supports participants to recognise signs of positive and poor mental health, build confidence in their role, and promote a culture of wellbeing across the organisation.
