A place to meet like-minded people to share stories, experiences and advice.
Case UK have now hosted over 100 Virtual Case Cafes for our Participants which have been a lifeline for many and have ensured that we have stayed connected to our participants, during these challenging times.
Our Case Café Model was launched as a response to the National lockdown due to Covid 19 in April 2020.
We're here Just In CASE
Once the COVID restrictions are lifted we are planning to move our service from virtual sessions to real cafe locations across Wales where people can meet up to offer comfort and support.
One of the key outcomes for the Café has been the participant network that has evolved and our participants provide help, advice and support. They have met up for socially distanced walks and picnics and have developed a real community of support and help for each other.
I have been part of the Virtual Case Café since its first week and it has been an absolute lifeline to me in what has been a very difficult time. I live on my own, was furloughed for over 9 months and have had some very dark days. No matter how low and isolated I have felt over the past 12 month, the Case Café has kept me going. Pat Williams - Case Cafe Member.
The CASE-CAFE service is open to anyone currently being supported through one of our programs or have previously received support by us in the past.
