Service Description

This session looks at our thoughts, which impacts our wellbeing, and how this creates a vicious circle of stress. Sometimes our thoughts can be difficult to manage, making it hard to understand where some thoughts begin and where they end. This course will provide a clear understanding of our stressed thoughts, how to understand and implement ways to break our thoughts apart to make sense of them.
