Service Description

There are times that we may feel alone and it can make us feel isolated. This session looks at loneliness and isolation and will look at strategies and ways that we can ensure we feel well, it also allows us a space to feel less isolated and alone. It can be comforting to know that we have a safe space where we can discuss this.
