One of the most crucial factors in supporting any mental health condition is to understand the condition itself.

We are strong believers that many mental health illnesses are misunderstood in the workplace. With our help you can be sure that we understand, we have supported hundreds of people, 80% of whom have remained in work with our support.

To ensure we deliver the best support available for you, an initial assessment is carried out that helps us better understand your needs. A Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant (VRC) will support you to produce a 9-month plan complete with personalised objectives aimed at alleviating stress and providing them with mental health coping techniques that can be utilised in a range of environments including the workplace.

Each Plan is tailored to the individual but the goal of sustaining employment and independence is our main focus for all service users.

We will continue to support you by arranging monthly contact through face-to-face, telephone, and digital sessions (e.g Zoom, Teams, Skype, Text, Email) whilst also providing a number that you can contact should you need to get in touch with your VRC.

Throughout your support period, you will continuingly review progress against your agreed objectives with your VRC. Any changes in your circumstances will be incorporated into your support which will help you see the positive journey and progress you have made.
